1. Agreement
By purchasing or playing PARANOID (the "Game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or play. The Game is provided by Patrik Airosto-Gelin ("we", "us"), contact: hej@tikkala.se.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play the Game in your web browser for your own private entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute, share your access link, or make the Game available to others.
3. Access
After successful payment via Stripe you can play Paranoid online with instant access in your browser. Access is tied to your purchase and may be revoked if we detect abuse, sharing, or fraud.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. Because the Game is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from playing, contact us and we will do our best to help.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its text, artwork, characters, and code, is © Patrik Airosto-Gelin. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game.
7. Content Warning
PARANOID is a dark mystery containing themes some players may find disturbing. Player discretion is advised.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
